I am dedicated to working holistically body, mind, and spirit with you in a manner you are comfortable with and I am qualified for. Sometimes a life trauma or emotion, especially from childhood, can "hold us hostage" resulting in physical or mental health issues.

If you chose to, you may receive Christian healing prayer before your massage session. This is also available by appointment. I have been specially trained as a Christian prayer facilitator through the OSL Christian Healing Ministry. This is a free service to you. 

Also available is Heart & Hands Self Love Club, based on the fundamental truth, "Love your neighbor as yourself" from  Mark 12:31. All clients are invited to participate at no cost. We will periodically meet to eat, learn, share, grow and have fun together! The theme for 2024 is "A Women's Journey".
