I love being able to help women feel their best! And though I believe there is a need to treat some illness with medication, there is also a tremendous potential to prevent and manage many physical and mental health concerns with massage therapy and remedies found in nature.

After retiring as an advanced practice nurse, I had an intense desire to resume my massage therapist career. I became certified and licensed in 2003, after completing my training in Wisconsin. I am happy to be able to offer you the best of my traditional western medicine training, health coaching, and complementary mind-body-spirit practices. 

Since growing up on our family dairy farm in Pine River, I have had a passion for the country. I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. When my husband Joe and I moved here in 2013 my dream for a "healing barn" was born, and now I am so happy to be able to share it with you doing women's group events, as well as my new spa room attached to the house.
