Reflexology

Through the application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology may promote benefits such as the relaxation of tension, improve circulation, and support of normal function in the related area of the body. 

Chair Yoga Class

Balance and mobility may improve with regular exercise. This intermediate level class is typically offered spring and fall for several weeks at the Weyauwega Community Center. Participants are guided through a variety of sitting and standing movements for joint opening and muscle strengthening. A chair is used for support as needed. Hand weights of 1 - 4 pounds are recommended as well as a nonslip yoga or bath mat and a yoga strap or bath robe belt. A health information sheet will be completed. The ability to get up and down on a chair independently are required, but NO floor work is done. $5.00 or free will offering requested.

Raindrop Technique

Healing Hot Stone Massage

Experience the strength and tranquility of nature with Healing Hot Stone. Many describe it as a deeply relaxing, soothing and a spiritual experience. Ease away facial tension with the contrasting cool marble facial massage.

Heated Bamboo Fusion 

Having a massage with heated and polished bamboo sticks allows me to apply a deeper pressure, if necessary, to penetrate into sore muscles and release tension. Very soothing.

With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, I incorporate the very best of all I have extensive training in for your session. This may include any or all of the following - Swedish, neuromuscular, myofascial, reflexology, bamboo fusion, therapeutic organic essential oils, and healing hot stone. In addition, Christian healing prayer and chakra balancing principles are offered.
